Joe Vitale used the phrase Zero Limits to describe it. According to Morrnah Simeona, ho&#8217;oponopono is a Hawaiian healing process based on taking 100% responsibility for your life. Doing so means every thing you see, hear, taste, touch, or in any way experience is your responsibility because it is in your life. That includes the boss you may hate, or a spouse who&#8217;s depressed, or a child that is misbehaving at school. Total responsibility means that everything exists as a projection from inside yourself. The problem isn&#8217;t with our external reality, it is with ourselves. To change our reality, we must change ourselves. To cause this change of reality, Ho&#8217;oponopono uses cleaning tools.
